I have been a teacher of young children and adults for my entire life. When yoga was introduced to me many years ago, I became very excited to bridge my teacher hat with my passion for yoga. Embracing yoga has been a life-changing journey. I have learned through personal experience how gentle yoga can reduce physical pain, increase strength and flexibility and even more importantly, calm our always active minds. We CAN learn to flow with the ups and downs of life through our yoga practice. I am an E-RYT 200 registered Hatha yoga teacher and was taught in the Kripalu tradition. My Yoga Alliance registration means I have at least 1,000 hours of teaching experience and was trained through an accredited yoga facility. I specialize in gentle yoga, yoga for anxiety, depression and stress-relief and yoga nidra (more information found on home page). Come try a class and see if this might be a fit for you !
