What is Hatha Yoga?
Hatha yoga is a practice dating back to ancient times. It is a method using your mind, body and breathing in a non-competitive, non-judging and non-violent way. This helps achieve a state of balance and peacefulness coupled with physical strength and vitality. Hatha yoga provides a safe place for you to become aware of how your body feels and responds during asanas (poses) and breathing practices. Using gentle movements, it gives you the chance to be contemplative, use your own body wisdom and leave feeling a greater balance in your mind, body and spirit.*
