Spirit

The canopy of The Tree of Life represents the fourth world of spirit.  This canopy watches over the rest of the tree with love, nurturance and complete acceptance. This infinite spirit world transmits Divine light and pours it down through all layers of the tree and infuses our entire being.  When we are aware, balanced and full of gratitude, this light flows seamlessly through the four worlds of Body, Heart, Mind and Spirit in a unified connection between heaven and earth.

Embodied Meditation/Yoga Nidra

Yoga nidra is a guided ancient meditation that weaves together the four worlds of Body, Heart, Mind and Spirit resulting in deep relaxation and rejuvenation. This stillness practice combines sensing, breathing, allowing, observing and visualizing surrounded by a personal intention.  Experiencing all four worlds allows that intention to integrate all layers of the brain and manifest as subtle and not-so-subtle changes in behaviors and habits.  While the original practice comes from the Hindu/yogic tradition, kabbalah and buddhist elements are also incorporated.
